LED & Mesh Screen Display
PepsiCo’s Annual Operating Plan (AOP) convention gathers global leaders to align on strategy, vision, and innovation for the year ahead. For the 2026 event, as part of the design team at El Autobus, I designed and animated several presentations featured throughout the convention, each displayed across nine connected LED and mesh screens that together formed a continuous panoramic experience behind the keynote speakers.
Using Figma and Illustrator, I built out layout systems and visual assets aligned with the master brand guidelines. I then animated these in After Effects, testing each motion across mockups of the full nine-screen setup to preserve alignment and legibility.
I collaborated with the larger design team, creative directors, production leads, and event architects to synchronize visuals with script timing, LED resolution, and mesh transparency.
Final deliverables were integrated into PowerPoint for live playback during the event, optimized for stage operators and real-time transitions.
